The service
I provide cat sitting and related home visits within my published service area. Visits include the services listed at booking time. I am not a veterinary professional.
Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received (online or as agreed). Prices are shown on the website at the time of booking. You must provide accurate contact and access details.
Cancellation
You may cancel online with at least 24 hours' notice. See the cancellation policy for details.
Access & keys
You are responsible for safe key or access arrangements. Tell me about alarms, codes, and any hazards in the home. I treat your property with care but am not liable for pre-existing issues or events outside my reasonable control.
Pets & liability
You confirm your cat is safe to handle and disclose health or behaviour concerns. I will follow your instructions and contact you if there is a concern. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
